A reminder

The world isn’t all sunshine and rainbow,

The world is very mean and nasty,

It doesn’t care how though you are; it I’ll beat you to your knees, and keep you there permanently, if you let it,

You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life,

It isn’t about how hard you hit back, it about how hard you can get hit and get up and keep moving forward,

How much you can take and keep moving forward; that’s how winning is done,

Pain is temporal; it could last for a day, a week, a month or even a year; but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place,

If we quit; however it may last forever.

Someone said I have got to go home, I feel bad, outhere it’s stressful,

You are not going to die; at the end of pain is success,

I dare you to take pain; you won’t die because you are feeling a little pain,

“I am not eating like I eat at home” that’s why you are moving to the next level,

If you keep eating like you eat at home, you keep being a boy or a girl; it’s time to become a man and a woman.
